If your vignette has not become valid yet (the start date is in the future), you can request cancellation and a full refund via the contact page.
Once a vignette has become valid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, in line with the rules for electronic vignettes.
If your card was charged but the vignette was not issued, we refund the full amount within 5 working days.
